I remember watching some "Acting Masterclass with Michael Caine" (I know, I must have been extraordinarily bored, or drunk)

He was talking to a bunch of young actor wannabees and asked them to watch his eyes very closely. With both eyes open, he then purported to look at them through his left eye, and then through his right eye. "You can see the slight difference can't you?" he said. Of course the wannabees murmured their agreement

Utter nonsense

Did you honestly see that BBC article and remember part of a 5 year old thread?
Yes!

I have a stupid memory - useless (these days) for practical purposes but retaining random information for years. For example: The frame number on the bicycle of mine that was stolen from my school bike shed in 1969 was 4867715. My telephone number is... Oh, what is it? I would have to look it up!

And Harry Brown.

I actually think alongside the The Italian Job and Harry Palmer, Michael Caine being Harry Brown is one of his best parts.
A good (if depressing) film. and the guy that does the masterclass as the smack head is so close to reality he must have previous.

He was great in Get Carter too, which I rewatched just recently. God but the world has changed - in my lifetime, but it looked like another planet. But Caine was the standout, doing what he does best - playing Michael Caine, brilliantly.
