Wednesday is 6 and 8 (i'll be doing 6). Seems each stage is now being run over 2 days, with alternative times each day (5 or 7 one day, 6 or 8 the next). I'm in the office tomorrow so won't be able to do 5 and 7 is a bit late, hence why aiming for 6 on Wednesday :okay:
Typical - I can't do Wednesdays!

It's actually a bit annoying that the TDZ rides are mostly at 5 or 7pm as I'd prefer to do 6pm too. But I'm kind of enjoying doing the tour rides as a random thing to focus on for a bit
I’ll be doing 8pm on Wednesday for stage 3. Unfortunately as I’m now back at work I can’t get on earlier than 8pm during the week

So met with thrombosis specialist last week. Everything is looking good and we're a go for surgery on the 22nd and no need to bridge to heparin prior to surgery. He thinks it is highly likely my dvts/embolisms are caused by the cancer, so surgery should fix that too. He'll take me off the thinners if my imagining is clear 6 months after surgery.

Been off the bike most of the last two weeks. Raced kiss eur d today and took second, even with the drop out in the last mile. Saw Martin briefly before the race.. hoping to race again tomorrow.

Good to see you out there. Good luck with the surgery. We'll be racing again soon

Cassette choice
I was just cleaning the cassette which I took off the core to replace on the neo when I pick up later today and noticed it was a 11- 32 R6800 on my road bike I have a 11-28 R8000, should I change the 11-32 to the same as my road bike?

That all depends on whether you ride at 100% setting. Also can you climb the Zwift steepest hill 18% without grinding to a halt with the 28t cog?

On 50% I could climb the Alpe with a 39t chainring and 28t cog at 75-85rpm. Indoors its about maintaining your comfort cadence, cheapest way, just slide the difficulty bar

If, like me, you are poor , disadvantaged and only have one bike that you use on the road and on the trainer, then it makes sense to use the same cassette as that will minimise indexing issues. if you have a dedicated trainer bike, then use the trainer difficulty setting
