Get on Youtube and learn to fettle the issue yourself Jeff. Or are we going to put you in the category with Bob n Carl
TBF, I do look at the videos on you tube ... the problems start and get worse when I then start to fettle after I've watched the videos. It would be better if HID put an adult block on you tube videos of a practical nature

I used to do all my own bike work, these days I just don't have the time. The triple rings on the road bike are tougher to dial in than on the mountain rig.

I found over a period of time, several months, you'd learn how to get the kit to do what you need and as long as it stayed working ok you left it be, IIABDFI.

6 months to a year later when it stopped working you'd forgotten how you fixed it and went through the learning curve again. 2 or 3 iterations of that and it gets to be a pain, off to the LBS. :cursing:

Mechanical triples are fine adjustment and rarely have perfect position. Thats why I like my Di2 triple. Self trims from outer to inner ring steps

Something what i learned this year was how well misaligned derailleur hanger can be. I bought Park Tool alignment tool which is been a great aid. It is must have tool when you have poor shifting and if you want to check reasons for that.
