Great- I'll leave you in the hands of @mjd1988Okay @bridgy , I think I’d be up for that now. I can only do 19:45 (kids’ feeding/bathing). I don’t really understand how ZRL works, though, so go easy on a newbie! My broadband is kaput at the moment but hopefully Openreach will sort it soon, fingers crossed by Tuesday.
Sounds great!
A few questions...
Am I guaranteed a race? How many weeks? What happens if I can
What does your racechat entail? Is it through WhatsApp? Or do you mean Discord?
What do I need to do to my Zwift or ZwiftPower profile to show that I belong?
cheers guys,
Tim
We did ... could do a straight race, or go for a Hare and Hounds on a flat course (Paris as we can see the various groups as we go around the laps?).Yay! Did t we agree on an end of season race 👍🏼

Anyone got any experience of medial collateral ligament strains?
Well I think it's that... It's on my left leg on the inside behind my knee. A pain when I lift my leg up. Can cycle at 65-70% effort without much discomfort but not sure if cycling (or walking) might be making it worse.
Started with it after Tuesday's race. Did a 20 mile outdoor ride yesterday which hasn't made it worse so hoping gentle Zwift rides will be ok.
You should be icing the knee, 20 mins every 3 hours, take brufen. Rest more and reduce activity till problem clears up. Then build up and strengthen

Nasty. As Andy says give it plenty of rest, ice and ibuprofen as you don't want it to get worse, if it doesn't clear up may be worth seeing go, especially if you can't put weight on it or it feels unstable. Hopefully if you rest it properly now you'll save a longer lay off. You can get reasonably decent knee braces/supports from Amazon for next to nothing
I've just watched a short vid showing how to do a spindown test for your turbo on Zwift. Not having had a smart trainer before, this is not something I've ever done.
Is tis something I should do with my NEO 2T? If so, how often do you chaps suggest?
You can't calibrate/do a spindown on a NEO. It is factory calibrated.
