Ian McKellan is truely a national treasure. The film is beautifully shot and there is some fine knitwear in it.
Well worth a visit to the big screen.[/QUOTE]

It was good to see in the films credits that the knitters got a mention.

Last night i watched Lucy... Luc Busson's latest effort staring Scarlett Johanssen and Morgan Freeman... it's a long way from his best efforts, but not his worst. Would i recommend it? Not really.

Terminator Genysis, wasn't sure going in but enjoyed it, lots of nods to the original and a reasonable plot. Apparently rebooting as a trilogy before Cameron gets the rights back in 2019, not sure what the sequels will be like.

The Zero Theorem.... It's as if Terry Gilliam is trying to recreate something in the same vein as the brilliant Brazil... but it fails miserably. I thought about turning it off after 20 mins, then again after an hour... by the end i wished i had. Nothing to see here... 3/10

Seven Years in Tibet.

There I was feeling sorry about the Japanese/China problem during ww2 and forgot all about the China/Tibet problem. The film was good. In had it downloaded for some time but needed to be in the right mood to watch it.
