2 Guns, Denz 'n' Wahlberg, everyone's a bad guy: CIA, Navy, DEA, robbing, shooting, ridiculous car/pick up truck chases, bank robbing and shooting the heads off live chickens - what's not to like!?
Black Hawk Down - more brutal and less gung ho than I'd been expecting, tho' the slaughter of the 'baddies' looked more than a bit like some kind of nasty video game.
Terminator Genisys.
Its not rubbish, but I won't recommend it because I want to watch movies that are far more convincing. Still it was a good bit of nostalgia with various twists that I didn't understand.miss just went with the flow.
Managed ten minutes of this tripe before heading for the filmic voiture balai. Godawful.
Nacho Libre
Ok - I think the humour is probably a bit broad for me, and based on some borderline offensive stereotypes. I have to admit that it takes an exceptional film for me to warm to Jack Black as a screen presence, and this was not it. People who like Jack Black might like it, I guess.
You should have sat through all of it... it's laughably atrocious. Who thought that putting a shark in the 'stalker/slasher' role was a good idea? Then there's every single clumpy line of dialogue... then the shark's death... oh dear oh dear oh dear...
