@Dave7 it's unlikely you passed it on after a couple of weeks. The infectious period is 1-2 days before symptoms and 8-10 after. Long covid, as far as I'm aware, is not an infectious condition.

Covid is infectious but long covid isn't. Makes sense.
However, If I was'up and about' after3-4 weeks then, in theory, it could have. been passed on??
It was weird as I felt good and was cycling n golfing again. It was maybe 3 months later when the LC symptoms hit eg loss of balance, leg muscles went plus loss of taste buds (which I am slowly regaining).
No, I don't think so. It's well established the infectious period is at most 12-14 days.

Wish I could do the same but sadly I still seem to be going the other way!I might, if I have the energy today bag up all the clothes in my wardrobe that are too big for me now, it should leave a pair of trousers, two t-shirts and a few ties.
