Just a style over the fence to walk across the field, but I don’t like heights so I squeeze through the fence instead.

I am still in bed, normally I am an early riser but this virus has knocked me out, I can see how it is not good for less healthy people.

Not sure. It does seem a bit sturdy and well made just to get over a simple fence, so it was maybe repurposed from somewhere else.

That's one reason. Protecting my sanity by not having the same people asking me every half hour how I am.
A bad cold or a cut that's wrapped up isn't going to improve that fast.

Yes, I agree. I know everyone is different, but, in my world, being unwell is bad enough, I don't want to discuss it as well!

Daughter No4 is doing GNR again this year. The day started foggy, then turned to quite heavy rain, so, I think her mascara will be slightly smudged by the end

Oh I see now. The wire fence runs through the steps.........I prefer the idea of steps to nowhere.........climb up and poof. Disappear to another world 🤣 .......for a while.
