Good Morning. Go on. Guess. Yes! It's wet and cold. I had planned TLC on my bike as this didn't get done yesterday, now postponed till tomorrow. I'm in the process of a thorough house clean. I started yesterday and rather than a quick hoover I have a soft brush, much more effective, and I'm going from room to room. This was stimulated a search for my wedding ring which I've mislaid. I looked under the sofa using a torch. Despite hoovering under there early in the week there's a load of dust, hence the soft brush etc. My life is full of fun :laugh:

The boys are at home to a resurgent Plymouth Argyle this afternoon. It's going to be wet and miserable at Ewood, just hope the players are up for it. @Dave7 King Kenny is the special guest today. His first game as Rovers manager was against Argyle, we won 5 - 2 with goals from Moran, Speedie (2) and Garner (2). I had forgotten Speedie and Garner played in the same side......we could do with that forward line today.

Morning all :hello:

Dull, cold and damp here. Fed up with this miserable weather.
Stuff to do around the house and workshop today.
I have the urge to weld stuff.

Morning all .
All quiet in our house this morning . Daughter went to a gig in melton Keynes last night and stayed over with a ‘ friend ‘ and Mrs exlaser is still having lie in . Looking like I am going for a coffee on my own this morning. 😀
When she does get up we are going to go to hill close gardens in Warwick to see the snow drops. Normally this would mean a 15 min drive down the Warwick by pass ( A46 duel carriageway) but it’s totally closed this weekend so we have to go ‘ round the houses ‘ a bit to get there. .

Update , there is movement from Mrs exlaser, looks like I am not coffee drinking on my own . 😀

Mr WD is still fast asleep.

I get quite jealous of people who can sleep as much.

Barnet,
MrsP decided to blitz the kitchen, particularly the oven. I took the racks and the side supports for the racks out and oh my. I knew they hadn't been cleaned for a while, but 😳.
MrsP got some sort of rack cleaning solution which goes into a bag with the racks and then after a couple of hours all the crud comes off.
Plenty of Mr Muscle and elbow grease, two hours later the oven looks a lot better, so do the tiles on the walls and the flooring.
