Morning. Gosh, it’s getting dark in the mornings/evenings now. Up early to try and get some exercise and then get back for the women’s marathon at 7.

Bed at 9.15, slept till 2.30 then slept 4.00 - 5.45. Could be worse. I'm feeling quite poetic today and I've done a little writing:

Morning folks had a blast at the wildlife rescue tuther day..i had to power wash loads of hedgehog boxes and assorted cages. Soon learnt that looking directly into a box whilst directing a blast results in said blast [and hedgehog poop] coming back in my face
Weather is ok so will do my usual spin over the hills
