Briefly, but it doesn’t agree with me. No energy at all when I try it.

Hopped on the Wattbike for an easy paced group ride. Barely got the heart rate above 100. Really enjoyable ride with a good bunch.

That’s 913 miles since I got the bike on 4th December.……and no nasty potholes or angry drivers!

Brilliant mileage there!

You're talking to the man with the Led Zeppelin tattoo.

Since I've Been Loving You and Nobody's Fault But Mine are my fave tracks. Being a multi instrumentalist, and thus having an insight into some or the mechanics and theory of music, myself only heightens my admiration for them.

JPJ and Bonzo are/were technical masters, Page maybe not technically the finest but with a profound sense of feel and timing, and Plant's voice...

NFBM is a great track.

Imo LZ peaked with Physical Graffiti & Presence.

This is my LZ Top Ten playlist on Spotify (in no particular order):

Barnet,
What you need is a good dose of Long Covid...... I lost 3 1/2 stone in a month .

I don't think that is a recommended way to lose a bit of weight 😳

My particular favourite of Led Zep is --When the Levee breaks.
A great bluesy track.
