Well done to everyone this month on the PB's. I. Am. Not. Jealous. Not. One. Bit.

Just checked back and we've had over £1500 on the PB's since November.

Sorry Mr wooley back.

Well - some would say so

but technically wooley backs are from Lancashire - where the sheep live

Wirralians should be called plastic scousers

and yes- wirralian is a proper word - although I am not interested enough to look up the spelling!
there is a song called The Wirral Song (twixt the river and the sea - or something)
I used to know a rather weird bloke who loved it - he would stand in the bar at the Sailing Club and sing it quietly to himself with a dreamy look on his face
one of the worst songs I have ever heard!!!!

but anyway

Was that the sailing club at West Kirby.
Back in the 80s I worked with a guy called (I think) Peter that sailed there.

£2,500 here Nov 1st 23, to, April 2nd 24 ;)

I feel I did particularly well April 23 - March 24 with a return of 5.5%, despite the monthly disappointment of not winning "the big one" ;)

Good morning all.
It's still dark out there and is drizzling. It's not going to be a nice day weatherwise.
I've been awake since 4am, so I fed the cats and the dog and let them out.
I am now on my second mug of tea. :cuppa:
Uncle Ernie has been kind and given me 2x£50 in prizes this month:okay:
I will go and get a haircut this morning,
the thatch is looking a bit wild and untidy. Other than that it will be a domestics type of day and watching the cycling on the telly box this afternoon.
Enjoy your day everyone.
Haircuts don't come cheap round your way then?

Good morning all, another day of wet, wet, wet. Have been out for a muddy tramp through the local woods and fields, just doing laps of a short circuit because I’m ‘on call’ for jury service today so couldn’t be far from the house. According to the recorded message I may get a call requesting my attendance anytime between 8.30 and 1 o’clock. Unfortunately the message gave no indication of how soon after receiving the call I will be expected to present myself at court. Hence why I couldn’t stray too far from the house. Annoying.
