You're talking to the man with the Led Zeppelin tattoo.

Since I've Been Loving You and Nobody's Fault But Mine are my fave tracks. Being a multi instrumentalist, and thus having an insight into some or the mechanics and theory of music, myself only heightens my admiration for them.

JPJ and Bonzo are/were technical masters, Page maybe not technically the finest but with a profound sense of feel and timing, and Plant's voice...

your favourite track should be the following , judging by the graphic narrative that is pouring out of you

I actually feel a little perkier. Only managed a sandwich today, buy after a sofa snooze cuddled up to my Brucie boy I feel OK. Absolutely drained, but no linger icky or light headed.

The bad news is Mini D has now succumbed. Fortunately the layout of the new Drago Towers is such she has the entire top floor, essentially a self contained flat with her own bedroom, bathroom and living room. That means I can keep her isolated and away from the fragile Mrs D, who is already suffering enough catching a cold on top of recovering from pneumonia. Catching this on top of it, while having MS and being diabetic, could be seriously bad news for her.

I saw Gordon Right-footed at Oxford in 2016. He was past his bedr as a performer, but his first and only UK mini tour in 40 years so I had to go. In his day he was something else. Summer Side of Life was my fave Gordo track.

Rick Beato did a superb analysis on Pooptube of If You Could Read My Mind.

Agree he was wonderful , storytelling in his songs was emotional and wonderful , Ballad of the Yarmouth Castle , THe Edmund Fitzgerald , Canadian Railroad Trilogy. I think his missus might have done the dirt on him ( I heard you talking in the Night ). I have the LP Sunday Concert , live performance ( bought it when I was a sallow pimpled youth ) I dont think its available on iTunes now or in CD format. I never saw him live , it must have been a wonderful experience no matter how old he was. I often think he doesnt get the acclamation he deserves. Dont know what they think of him in Canada. Sadly he seems to have gone out of fashion now.

Barnet,
Good morning all.
It's still dark out there and is drizzling. It's not going to be a nice day weatherwise.
I've been awake since 4am, so I fed the cats and the dog and let them out.
I am now on my second mug of tea. :cuppa:
Uncle Ernie has been kind and given me 2x£50 in prizes this month:okay:
I will go and get a haircut this morning, the thatch is looking a bit wild and untidy. Other than that it will be a domestics type of day and watching the cycling on the telly box this afternoon.
Enjoy your day everyone.

Hello the house.
Got up for a James riddle, it was so dark that I assumed it was 4ish but it turned out to be 6.
So dark, wet and miserable.
Will be a slobbing around day. Some paperwork to sort out.......mostly stuff to be shredded.
I had a surprise visit yesterday. My Bro and SiL were in Cheshire so called in to see me....a welcome visit.

I'm waiting for the email notification from Ernie this month. Previously I have always used the app, this way I get to live in hope for a few days longer 😁

Morning all :hello:

MrsD's got a hair appointment this morning.
Our best mates are coming into Watchet on the train from Minehead, then we'll all have a mooch around the market at the harbour before having lunch at the Bell.
£325 this month for us on the PB. :okay:

Talking of Led Zep.........did I ever tell you that I used to drink with John Bonham?
