Like the Turkish Delight our daughter left with us for MrsMikeIOW - she was happy!
& son called & chatted for an hour with her (as well as remembering to message her *before* his sister reminded him - very impressed 🤣).

A sunny day in Dorset. Mrs Tkk cycled up to Wimborne yesterday and brought me back a lovely piece of ginger cake from the posh café 😀
We're going to collect granddaughter from school later but will get there in time for her appearance in the school concert. She and a few friends have formed a band and call themselves " Mythic Beasts " 😎. Hope she keeps it up, other granddaughter who lives in London is quite good on keyboards, hopefully they eventually get together, form their own band, make it big and buy grandma and grandad a nice bungalow near to our favourite Wimborne pub 🤣

Another bright sunny start to the day here in Barnet.
The exercises are going well, with help from the painkillers and the range of movement I'm getting with the leg is improving daily.
More of the same today. I will go down the garden and check the greenhouse and also open the man cave and say hello to the bikes who must be feeling a bit left out.😪

A disappointing cold start to the day at just 5° although supposed to be warm this afternoon.
I was with Mo in bed........not literally of course, I just lay there nice and cozy for an hour.
Slowly coming round now.

Another sunny day; and forecast as such for the next week.
Off out on my Bantam this morning to look at another one that a mate of mine has for sale. It's a later model - 4 speed and he's only asking £700. Might be worth a punt.
