When I told him I'd have to wait till tomorrow he phoned LUFC to be told that 5000 of their non season ticket fans were in a phone queue for just 500 of their 2,600 allocated tickets, put aside for non season ticket holders! Why keep them queuing when they've no chance of buying one I don't know.
Presumably on the assumption that some will hang up before they get to the front of the queue.

Plus it is probably more complicated to put a queue limit on than to just allow as many as dial to be in the queue.

Ok, Comcast, whoever that is? I always thought league and FA cups would stay on ITV and BBC for some reason, but times are changing.
Anyway Wout got one tonight, he's away!

It will stay on itv and bbc…..unless bt sport buy it again, but it wasnt a success for them last time, so i doubt they will bid for it again.

ITV and BBC got it until 24/25 season for now.

It will be sold to the highest bidder. It's inevitable.

I thought Man Utd looked pretty comfortable last night. Rashford in particular was basically strolling down the wing and looking confused at the total lack of opposition. It was fun when Forest started showing a bit of bite though. Entertaining stuff for the neutral viewer!

Um, sorry, did you miss the part where I said I enjoyed watching the bit when Forest had a proper go?

It'll be fun when Liverpool can score again, or remember how to defend, or have something that remotely resembles a midfield.

As for you getting personal, again, I still don't have Sky and I enjoyed it with my girlfriend, who is a Man Utd fan and has a Sky account.

Ah, that whole cross forum thing. Well, it's fine, but you know what you've said and I won't bring it over.

Anyway. Back to the football. Madrid Derby in the Copa Del Rey tonight. Could be a lot of fun.

cross forum...not sure what your talking about. you have told many people on this thread and the cricket thread that you dont have SKY TV. So when you then comment on watching a football match that was on sky, i just asked have you now got sky then.... nothing personal, i mean so many people ask questions on this forum of many members

i mean on the EV thread, someone asked a member if they owned a car...is that personal??

I think you are taking "personal" to mean attacking, when it isn't.

Both of those are personal questions - which some people may be happy to answer, others may prefer to keep that information private.

Even the fact that you (and I ) have solar panels is personal information.

its only personal, if they havent already told people...if you have told people in many different threads already, then its no longer personal information. Its already out there, for people to ask questions about.

Maybe you missed that bit in my last post.
