Sorry lads, not ready to race just yet. Did a very steady 75% NC500 at lunchtime.. happy with it but my HR was very very high... obviously still a little tired after the recent virus...

I’ll be back V soon - I’m hoping to catch the big man on his way down...

I’ve never been sick and checked my heart rate before this year but it sure seems like a real good indicator of getting over the crud.

I tried to maintain 200 watts but with surfing the blue numbers on everything over -1.2 took me way below.

Watts / Kg are what matter, especially going uphill, although then weight comes into it.
