Cold. Was on site 7am till 1600 then 5 hour drive home. I managed 3 beers when I got in and fell asleep.How was Somerset?

@Bored Man, just done a 500_1 ride with no ghost. Looked at my analysis and seen you'd done it. 8 seconds in it!
Yeah I managed to keep my heart rate to about 140, sometimes it's better without a time to aim for and just go at a decent pace
Wonder what trainers they will use? Can't see them using a wheel on trainer like the Pro, but maybe they'll use and promote the new Bkool air (?) wheel off, or even the bike (has that been released yet?)
