I’m heading uphill (900+ HM) again in about 16 1/2 hours, no more riding before that, sorry…

Have fun. Watching your My Whoosh videos, you sure seem to be back in top form.

I’m guessing nobody will be doing the rerun today. It’s another rare day here with no rain. I really need to ride outside every chance I get because the few I’ve done shows that a whole other group of muscles are used.

Very quiet here now. Hope all good and getting some good rides in.... As this season is coming to an end shall we think about the best place to carry on riding together in the autumn. Id rather cancel my subscription for another if we can go elsewhere and have similar fun!

I'm pretty much open to any suggestions. I use Rouvy and Bkool mostly. Zwift is too crowded for me and my fragile ego takes a beating in IndieVelo (training peaks). Watching @Brusgaard in my whoosh is like watching the pros. I'm nowhere near that level.
I saw you back on the bike in Strava. how did the knee hold up.

Think I'm just going to start riding and see what happens to the knee....
Might get an mri

I'm off to docs on tues to start process of finding out whats wrong with my knee , I know its going to be a long drawn out time being poked and prodded

Did either of you check for large cats in your neighborhood? From the documentary I saw it may be the cause of your knee pain.
