The way they force these updates on you really pisses me off
Well that was tougher than I expected. As usual @keithaitch , your start was too vicious for me to latch on, although I do wonder if it would be worth putting in the effort to try and latch on then get a free ride to the next hill, where you'll drop me for sure.
Anyway, well done all for entering the Nations Cup Qualifying league. The ride we've just done, just a mere fraction of the "fun"
on actual race day. I'm guessing we might need some reserve riders so worth competing for places below the top 5.

That was great fun, when that youywere going to catch brus I knew the game was up, as did I suspect @Whorty from the road paint. When you both caught me y insert wanted to see how fresh you were but then I got 10 seconds and you dropped brus so I thought it was with giving it a go as I don't think he, on his own, would catch you if you trying to catch me lon your own. I was knackered at the end thought! Good news is I get a big beer for beating you, I think I may have stumbled on my motivation key!Well that was tougher than I expected. Just couldn't keep with you 3 from the start, after that I was the top UK rider in the rest of the bunch so just kept going without going into the red.

Was fun watching you tussle with @Brusgaard and then dropping the competition 
(I'm assuming Brusgaard will be in the Danish team). As you say, Keith had a flier again 
I did think once they caught you the three of you would work together until Brusgaard was dropped. I was surprised when you broke free so easily ... just shows how hard Bill and Brusgaard were working to reel you in!
I'll add your ghost when I ride that course but you looked strong so not sure if I'll be able to beat you. My best bet will be to try and push everything to stay with Bill from the off then hang on for dear life and hope that gives me a big enough lead ... but the lead 3 went off so fast it could back fire and I go into the red too early and just go POP!Just couldn't keep with you 3 from the start, after that I was the top UK rider in the rest of the bunch so just kept going without going into the red.
