So who's up for stage 1 of the Nations Cup Qualifier tonight?

(League still not working so may have to bodge it ourselves as previously discussed!)

If joining a 'live' race Simply check here who is starting it, at the appointed time in the sim, do a search for a Live ride with the Name = Whoever (Usually Bill S) in the Filter ... You'll find one.

If doing it alone, In the Sim ... My Sessions - find the CG Session for the week and run it ... Hint Add a couple of Lapdogs ;)

Do you see your lapdogs when you add them? Whenever I add them I see bugger all of them during the ride - they're always lagging well back so I don't even get any motivation in having to catch them up

I don't think I'll be able to make it this evening. I'll try a ride this afternoon (WC 4) as I think I'm finally starting to feel a bit stronger after the Christmas illness

Mine caught me when I was racing the Dane and Dutchman in LeJog-10, pulled me along quite nicely as well. The Lapdogs won't push on though so if you want to chase another rider down then you need to do it on your own, and then they catch up and work with you ... Beggars tried to out sprint me though on LeJog10

I have noticed that since having Automatic FTP updates swithced on the ability of the Bots now matches or exceeds my own, prior to that I was often on my own.

Not sure yet - currently working off site in Staines so will depend on the M25, M3 and A303 (and all those rubber neckers as we pass Stonehendge) if I get back in time. If back in time I'll be there, else I'll use ghosts tomorrow for a pathetic and lonely chase!

Yes, the league still isn't working so it'll just be Stouby Sejet but results will not automatically be added to the league. We'll have keith's spreadsheet so we'll add the results manually. For everyone else, joining the session tonight will be exactly the same as normal. I will start the session from my favorites and everyone else will join me. As for how to ride the session non live but with ghosts, it should be possible for anyone to schedule their own session and add ghosts.

Depends on the ride ... on pan flat rides they are left way behind. On descents they leave me way behind. On climbs they do stay with me, but as drafting doesn't really work on hills it becomes a form of mocking. On rolling rides, they leave me on the downs, and I end up shooting past them on the short ups. :banghead:

Afraid I won't make it.

I seem to have started 2018 with a heavy cold and a few days off the bike! :cursing:
