Work hard, and push to your limits on the hills, then relax on the long long descent @BILL S I think is looking to start the re-run at 5 o'clock. I'll be doing a climb from the Liga (stage 3) which I'm dreading

In the handicap races Geoff always had the slower group writing with beige colour text!
So I think Jim would use the “ team beige “ quote

I went eyeballs out up the first hill, then settled in down the slope until @Whorty caught me, then hung in there for dear life. Lots of help from @Whorty to the line. I felt very good.
