Have you got yours set up on some sort of big spring? Sounds more like a rodeo bull.

But yes it is, as you say very immersive. I prefer my BKool now to going outside. I think this bloody machine is giving me agoraphobia.
No.. my large gut is sufficient to tip the bike - even with the bkools stabilisers out lol

You do seem to be in constant contact with them, what with your uploading and firmware issues. Are you sure you're not telling them, "it's still a bit hard to pedal." at the same time?

I could threaten to go to Zwift unless they reduce the resistance of my roller I suppose:biggrin:

Saw Darryn's attempt in BKool last night. Very impressive. Did you use Bill's ghost for that run? I know I couldn't improve on my attempt, that's for sure, not that I would want to try.

Are you going to put Huez as the first Goat's run for the next league Bill? Is it going to be the Goats League yardstick?

Yeah, that's a lot of power to make for a long time. I also don't feel ready to improve my Bonette attempt anytime soon.

Could certainly put dHuez as the first Goats run for the next league unless anyone has any objections. The more 3D the better I think.

Velodrome night tonight... :wahhey:

I've setup a 50 lap race to start warm up at 7pm, race start about 8 minutes later (so stop pedalling with about 2.5 minutes to go or risk being left on the line).

50 laps should take about 15-20 minutes flat out, so that should burn up any W' before we start the short steep climb ...

League ride is then a short 2 Km (1.3 miles) but pretty unrelenting climb (Merry Harriers) averaging 7.76% (max 12.57%)

Should start warm up about 7:30, race start about 7:35 (again with about 2 minutes left on the countdown), expected best times around 8-10 minutes

Hope to see you all there ... may the best Adam man win!

P.S. Since we can't put a Velodrome session in a League anyone using the filter should perhaps look for "Geoff" or Velodrome

If I'm not on the start line you're in the wrong session... :hugs:

Yeah Bill's ghost was in there with about 5 others. I always do it on wednesday, use the League tab and press start. Not sure how it works or if ghosts are added from previous league attemps?
