Now hills....I can do! Not as well as you Bill, granted. But those flat sections, and the velodrome.. Just can't do it. My Achilles heel.

I cant do hills, over a minute slower than you Adam. Shame the velo doesn't count, I think we would have been fairly level over the entire league.

I think if you had been well, you would have pipped me. Like I say I can climb, but not motor. You and Bill looked like sped up footage on that Velo. I couldn't keep with you for even half a lap.

Not a moments rest there, couldn't find anyone to draft in the velodrome, Bill and Kipster had gone before I even got off the line, tried to tuck in each time they lapped me but was cooked pretty well by then.

Finally got some respite having a chat with Adam for the last few laps!

Then got well and truly humped on my own back door climb! I'm going to have to continue working on that one, I can see.

May pop the climb in again next month, what do you think?

I can get into a fast rhythm in the velo, fast spin and keep it there. Bill let me catch him, with a few laps remaining, then he sprinted off, only 2 seconds in it at the finish.

You looked to be doing OK from where I was ...

It is a shame the velodrome doesn't count. They only thing I could do would be to schedule a 10 mile flat session, but would that be as good?

It is good to have a mix of climbs and flats, to mix it up and play to different strengths.

Quite a bit of climbing this month, next months looks a bit less steep...

Guy, great climb, but I'm having trouble validating the classification as it keeps giving an error ...

I'll keep trying, and if still doesn't work in the morning I'll contact support.
