I know nothing about the area but you could maybe try https://www.cyclestreets.net/journey/121799889/ and their quiet route.

A (relatively) quick but tainted ride in earlier thanks to getting cut up, and subsequently abused by a dickhead in a van whilst in the car.

Hopefully to the driver's detriment it was well-livered with the details of a large national franchise, so they've had a polite email requesting that the review any dash cam footage of the incident. They have a crap rep though, so I'm half expecting a similar level of twattery in response to said email..

On the up-side it was a good morning for female joggers and cyclists (there seemed more about than blokes; although perhaps I just apy more attention to the ladies) and I got a few smiles despite wearing the dickhead hat

head over to google reviews, yelp any facebook page they may have leave a glowing review believe me no company will want that hanging around on google.

Pleasant morning ride, although feeling tired. In a surprise moment of accuracy the forecast was right, the rain hasn't quite started yet and will hopefully pass over before I have to leave. Tomorrow may be a different story.

Exactly the same for me tiredness wise and weather wise.
I've decided to work from home tomorrow, a wise choice methinks.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Commuting bike has developed a very loud squeal on the front brake , it was fine before x mas and just sitting there for a couple of weeks the brake has decided to start waking the dead .
Tried cleaning the rotor and spraying the pads with cleaner but that just makes it tolerable for a few miles before it comes back , i will have to pull the pads and give them a sanding i guess.
Not sure about tonight as it looks like the storm will hit on my home bound ride and not keen on getting pish wet through that time of day .
