Or if it's really sunny, Hyde Park Corner, Artillery Memorial (cos it's sunnier than the Arch!) but we'll still all be on a large island in the middle of one of the busiest roundabouts in London at 9.30 tomorrow. Just look out for a group of cyclists waiting around.
