I forgot to not use the stands next to the door yesterday and came back to find someone had rammed their bike in between mine and the bars! Mine was between those two and I struggled as my saddle was below theirs and the pedal was jammed. These are full in the middle of winter, dreading summer as it gets worse every year!

I give mine a four.
nice bike shed with space for 40 bikes (only a small warehouse) one shower room with lockers and a tumble dryer which is right at the back in a corner. for a small warehouse my employer is good. we get a £20 bonus each week if we cycle in every day. ive only achieved this once though as admittedly until now ive been lazy and took the motorbike

There are 3 regular bikes attached to the railings outside the building.

Inside however we get to use the disabled toilet to get changed !! Plenty of radiators for drying stuff but once the heatings off it's a bit of an issue. Still the loo sink is too small but there is a hand dryer.

Major university this is too with posters up all round the building about being green and cycling etc. Pretty ironic.Car park is over subscribed too.

Very fortunate to work in a 5 star hotel.

I have a locked, lighted and covered bike shed. 6 foot high locker, showers and drying room. I get a towel every morning from the laundry and just chuck it in the dirty linen bin when finished and on those wet/dirty mornings I pop my gear into the laundry and its cleaned and dried for me finishing my shift.

Staff canteen facilities so after I'm showered and changed I pop in there for some free food and coffee before starting my shift

Again very very lucky

I work for a main local authority and they have nothing for us. I use my car to get around the local community to various peoples homes. They pay me 45p a mile and I usually do 150 miles a week for my job, working out at £67.50. They have about 100 staff who use their cars for work, if they are even doing 100 miles a week thats over 4k a week on mileage allowances alone. They dont do a cycle to work scheme, fair enough maybe only 10 people might take the offer up but it would still save them money and also shouldnt councils of all workplaces really be promoting cycling to try cut down the carbon footprint.

You surprise me. I would have thought universities would be right up there.
Not a chance. I worked in NI, first at UU then at Queen's. In both places the management talked a good game about green transport, but provided inadequate bike storage, no useful drying facilities, too few showers which weren't open early enough, and no protected on-campus cycle routes.

By contrast my current employer, a small private company, provides a bike shed, showers and drying facilities.

Yeah our building is full of posters promoting green stuff. Turn off lights, water usage and a big poster about cycling !

My employer is very pro-cycling but offers no facilities other than a sink in the toilets and free baby wipes to get cleaned up prior to work.

I am self employed so I only have myself to blame :-)
