Nor sure it's fair to rate mine, as it's all accidental. But I'll give it a 4.5.

Changing room, shower, secure and dry parking, loads of space inside to fix mechanicals, clothes hanging and radiators/drying facilities. It's mostly in derelict labs inherited with the building, not some foward looking cycling policy. All a bit grubby, shower a bit useless, but I really can't complain. I'm the only one who uses the facilities, which makes it near luxury.

Decent showers, locker room, drying room, and cycle stand under shelter in a "secure" police compound. I gave it four stars purely because every now and then there aren't enough spaces (not often, but getting more common), and the stands themselves are horrible wheelbenders, but I really can't complain with what we do have!

I give my employer 1 star, only because there isn't a 0 star option. He built a bike shed the size of a postage stamp, right next to the main gate, where passers by can see and help themselves to your pride and joy, if they wish. I asked him for a bike lock and he gave me a rusty chain. Our company Moto is all about a healthy lifestyle, JOKE.

Piss poor to be honest!
I'm the only one who regularly cycles, I basically have to have a sponge bath in a sink ( one buttock at a time!) then use the hand dryer before donning my work attire.
If I do get soaked, we have washing machine and tumble dryer ( I work in the fashion business dahlings...err.. rag trade!)
It doesn't really bother me, it would be nice to have a warm shower though but....,
warm shower! I'd be lucky to have dirty puddle in t'middle o'road!

I would have given mine a 5, but as of this week my employer has decided all bikes are to be parked in the car park instead of under the stairs. So it had to be a 4. It is still relatively secure until store opening. Only the one shower mind, although I tend to just have a wipe down with baby wipes. Lockers, hangers to dry clothes on and adequate changing room provided.

I only have a very short commute and I am the only one who comes in by bike. I leave my bike under the stairs so it is out of the way, Other than that I don't need much else.

In a word.......CRAP

We used to have a shower, but because my boss doesn`t use it personally, it had to go.

There are bike huts, about half a mile away (thankyou NHS), now after years of fighting I have a damp understairs cupboard to keep the bike in.........

Kit drying facilities are mind blowing, a radiator which does nothing between the months of August to April, and then fries us alive during the summer.

I have a 48 mile commute every day of the week, and this is pants:evil:

5 stars - secure site with no public access, generously-sized covered bike rack (shared with motorbikes, but still loads of room), a long way from the entrance barrier and not visible to the public. Four decent showers and four separate disabled toilets for changing. Generously-sized personal lockers. No silly 'cyclists dismount' policy anywhere.
Really I should dock half a star for lack of drying facilities.

Shame the site itself is surrounded by motorway junctions and nasty roundabouts.

This is public sector, IT.
