I can remember being like that when I was young!

Walk completed to supermarket other side of town to drop off the recycling just over 7k steps so 3 and a bit miles.
First cuppa is brewing.

Overcast but dry so far. Sun may appear later but a bit windy still.
Interesting chat on FB this morning about some characters we had in the past.
There are more old timers around than I thought who remember them and have all sorts of stories.
At one point they lived in a bender at Craignure and gave their address as Canvas Hotel when buying something by mail order.

Nothing planned but probably go for a walk later

Definitely wet outside if not raining. Chilly wind yesterday evening for the ebike trip to Sainsbury's. The showground in its pre GYS habitation. Had the Varia back on the ebike, rather than drilling the handle part of the battery case I stuck a GoPro helmet mount to it to which a short adapter allowed a Garmin fitment to be angled correctly.
Hunt for an offcut for new landing carpet this am, so the ebike is excused from a Waitrose trip.

Good morning from Suffolk where the sunshine has reappeared. The first coffee of the day has been had and I'm currently listening to a mixture of the radio and someone using a fairly loud petrol mower in a nearby garden.
