Charming lot you, yes, now I realise why I don't post here...... I can never be bothered talking to you Irn Bru swilling neds and jakies!!

:boxing::laugh:
I'm just a visitor like you @Mad Doug Biker

Talking swilling jakies reminded me of a recent trip through your neck of the woods...

I stopped near the station(Dalreough?) to come off the Leven footpath,
a local worthy came over with the greeting
'good day to be oot on yer bike' then the usual I used to bike every where stuff, I saw a green bottle in his pocket..
I said I'd stopped to take in the local sights blah blah..
'Down there you'll see Dumbarton Rock' he says..
'I've looked many a time and I've never seen it move' replies I
He takes bottle out of his pocket
and I get pressure on my right pedal ready to fly off...

he unscrews the lid..
'here big man, I like Chic Murray tae'

A friend for life..

@Edwardoka that route you've just planned on strava...Take care on the downhill to Kenmore, the last 2 miles are scary steep, we've went up it in a car and it looks crazy tough so going down hill i reckon will cause damage to the bike

Cheers mate ^_^
I chose that route because we already did the one further east as part of the Highland Perthshire Challenge. Looks pretty switchback-y in the close up map - will take extra care!
