We came across beremeal bakery items a couple of years ago, on Orkney, and HJ came across some biscuits at the farmers market yesterday, where he was also told the stuff can just be bought in the health food shop round the corner

There's a mega snowstorm happening right outside my window
Guess tomorrow morning's ride to the park is canceled still have to ride to work tomorrow afternoon

There was rain, freezing wind, sleet showers on the Belles ride today, was meant to be 12, only me and another two went in the end.
I was wearing neoprene fishermen's socks and overshoes still got freezing feet!

Looks like the Focus is in dire need of some TLC. Even though I GT-85'd the hell out of the chain yesterday and worked it into all the links and rollers, the chain was full of seized links again this morning. That's what I get for using my good bike in winter.

That's the very reason I stopped using mine and started using the hybrid

Some snow and ice in places this morning, took my time just incase, pretty warm considering

I think last night's rain washed all the earlier grit into the drains .... there were quite a few gritters out and about before the downpours!

Warmer but the wind is still there
