If you feel like riding back, I will ride with you, we do the aqueduct together, then I'll take a train from Polmont into Glasgow. Don't want to do too many miles on the Saturday, as I'm doing @Brandane's hilly 3 ferries next day.

not quite the med, but I managed a quick 20 mils aftr work with bib shorts and mitts on. have such a big cheesy smile on my face, glad im home alone and no one can see me!

I see the pic you posted on facebook with your bib shorts on...Can i just add i don`t like the way you were touching yourself in the pic, you seemed to be enjoying yourself a bit to much..
