Hoping to be jumper less on this weekends rides, even if showerproof jackets still on
Lucky you! What's a lunch time ride during the week?

I suppose I can't really complain, have a lot of cycling built into my days, and there is now even daylight and sometimes sunshine in the morning , like today . Evening commutes are still pitchblack most days, even though there was perhaps a tiny hint of some left-over daylight to the west just before 7pm ('my fault' for working long hours, I suppose ...)
Tomorrow I will have cycled more km in 2 months than in the whole of 2011

You'll need to review your annual mileage target at this rate.
I'm pleased to be almost on track with this year's target already. Last year it took me until the end of May to catch the red line.
Can't wait to ditch the lights. Another week or so should do it for me.
Aye, that's the one. It came as a very pleasant surprise when Col, Fubar and I were having a 'wee daunder' around the route of some sportive a couple of years ago ... when I was a whole lot fitter
I'm not quite sure where it begins from or how good it is (on the to do list!), but the cycling route from Cumbernauld drops you in Townhead, across Buchanan bus station.A question that would probably be best answered by @Pat "5mph" , @Rasmus or @Harry_Palmer79 as they are most used to cycling in Glasgow - but anyone else feel free to answer!
Now that I'm working in the centre of Glasgow, I'm planning to commute by bike. Now I imagine that from Cumbernauld I'll cycle down the old A80 and Stepps bypass by I'm looking for tips to get from there to Bothwell Street where my new office is.
Any thoughts?
