What lights do you guys use for commuting?

I don't feel that the ones I have (which were cheap get you home types) are up to the job.

My commute is fully urban, so I use "cheap get me home" type lights (Cateye opticube).

One of my front lights just suffered a snapped bracket this morning, so I'm looking for a replacement and possible upgrade, too ^_^

Well i got my front light for £20 from Hong Kong (you do get UK sellers) and it came with two batteries, charger and bike mount, its brightest setting its really too bright for urban roads but its perfect for my mile or so for unlit roads ;)

Can you adjust it @Col5632 ? What's the battery life like?

I use the moon x300, great light, bright enough for unlit country roads even at half power lasts about 2 weeks between charges.

I managed to get mine half price but was still £40ish so its not the cheapest light but, was well worth it.

CatEye Opticube for me too, supplemented by a pound shop helmet light, I can see in the Green after dark no problem. Two smart lights/phaar (can't remember spelling, about a fiver from Planet X) as rear lights.
My favorite commuter also has dinamo back and front, so has only one additional rear light.

@Rasmus are you going to lead a PoP feeder route from Glasgow this year?
I'm going to take the train and walk from the Meadows, as I'm doing @Brandane 's 3 ferries next day, could not manage the two.
Will rally a few of the fasted Belles to increase numbers if you do :hello:
