Can you adjust it @Col5632 ? What's the battery life like?Well i got my front light for £20 from Hong Kong (you do get UK sellers) and it came with two batteries, charger and bike mount, its brightest setting its really too bright for urban roads but its perfect for my mile or so for unlit roads

I use the moon x300, great light, bright enough for unlit country roads even at half power lasts about 2 weeks between charges.What lights do you guys use for commuting?
I don't feel that the ones I have (which were cheap get you home types) are up to the job.
