Nothing wrong with that. The bike I've been riding until very recently cost a similar amount to that and has been fantastic. I love my new bike but the improvements are subtle rather than life-changing, and a few years ago when I started riding a road bike I don't think I'd have appreciated those improvements in the way I do now anyway (with the exception of disc brakes - wish I had them years ago!)

Only 2 things i might consider changing, if I had the dosh, would be electronic gears (may stop me being in the wrong gear!) and disk brakes which being a nervous cyclist would maybe give me more confidence. Those fancy gears that select the correct front and rear gear would certainly help me from keep throwing my chain

Is that your way of saying I'm chief wind blocker for the day? I think with my sense of direction I should allow someone else to lead the way. Sounds like Andy has already volunteered seeing as he's the man with the gps and the GoPro

Open up strava from the link Kipster posted, you should see export, import and duplicate. I selected duplicate, the route appears in my routes.

A few moments later it's syncs with the Elemnt app on my phone.

If I'd have known other elemnt users were coming I'd have done them in ridewithgps to get turn by turn directions
