They are a huge retailer that services mainly the insurance replacement market, but they also do discount codes for employer schemes. The AXA one is for AXA clients and I found it by googling it. The 20% one is for an employer scheme and I prefer not to name it publicly. I just got an Endura jacket with RRP £90 for £64 posted. The next best was £74 elsewhere

a good find but be careful , because the prices seem to be inflated 10-15% above other retailers for some things anyway prior to using a code- so you may get a good deal, but check first. e.g. endura event trousers £130 (107 after code), and £110 at CRC [and a bit less after cashback.]

Wore my new Karrimor jacket for the first time today with a Helly Hansen thermal underneath and can say it is windproof and very bright Orange, though I did sweat a bit more than when I wore my very old Ron Hill windproof running top.
Still excellent value for money.
