I'm near a big hospital
If you do decide to go that way, there are apps that manage the fee charging for you. You just choose the rate you charte (based on time on your driveway rather than the electricity supplied). Obviously if you go much above 40p per kwh people will look elsewhere if you only have an 11kwh charger. But if the next nearest is a trek, you can probably charge £4 an hour or so (40p at 7.5kwh delivered over an hour would be £3). You probably won't get rich though!

Of course you could start providing facilities - snacks, tea and coffee etc... !

Ford have the E transit courier Van, Puma and Fiesta coming soon.

All seem to be using the same platform, motor and battery

1000 cars destroyed.
A 7 storey car park had to be pulled down.

All because a Landrover went up in flames.

Nobody batted an eyelid.
It’s a fair point wonder if there is an increased risk of fire with an EV in an accident ? Normal cars have fuel cut offs. An EV I assume has only got that protective shell round the fuel source ? If you google it’s fair to say that the fire service are worried about the potential increase in fires they can’t put out on EVs ?

It's swings and roundabouts. EVs catch fire much less often, but when they do catch fire they are much harder to put out and burn a lot hotter.

Is that because there are fewer or per 1000?
