My father and I were leaving our hotel room in Iraq and he almost forgot his suitcase.

I said “don’t forget your Baghdad.”

I've tried my best and can't see any good jokes in your reply.
Which, of course, there wasn't.
It wouldn't have taken an awful lot of effort to have put "woman", "blonde", "red head" or even just left it as "21 year old" but to describe a woman of 21 that is implied to be a stranger, that you are going to or have had sex with at their invitation, as a "girl", is at best ill-considered.

I suppose it depends on your definition of 'girl'.
The Oxford Dictionary of English defines it thus, in which case (no. 2 definition) the use of 'girl' in this context is apposite.

I'm aware of the definition, I believe it depends on the context that the word is used in. In the context of the post I believe there is an infantalising aspect to it, which I feel it not only unnecessary but somewhat distasteful.
There's a thread about it HERE which I would imagine we should be using if the discussion continues.

My next door neighbour is having a party next week, are you free to come and poop it?

You have previously apologised in this thread for potentially causing offence where you did not intend to. You did not post the joke we are discussing, nor am I offended by it, nor am I looking for an apology. What I am doing is pointing out that the language used in it could have, with very little effort, been changed to something which would have in no way altered the gist. It is very simply a suggestion that people consider their language. If it had been phrased as a "21 year old boy", I feel sure no one would have been offended, but I also feel sure that at least the majority of people would have thought that it didn't sound or feel right, it is my opinion that in the context used "girl" does not sound or feel right either.
I like reading your jokes @Cavalol , and you post plenty of them too, but that doesn't make you the thread mod.

You were inferring things in that joke which simply weren't there.
But, cheer up, it could be worse.
You could be stuck underground in a hole full of water.

I mean well.
