Not forgetting tattie scones, an important part of any Scottish fryup.

I had several traditional Scottish breakfasts while touring in Dumfries and Galloway this year and didn't get a single tattie scone. A disappointment, as I love it.

We call it potato bread but it's to get it served on a fry here nowadays too.
