I'm not a big fan of long jokes but I saw Milton Jones do this one last night at the Phil in Liverpool.
So, people are always asking me where I get my shirts. Once a year, I fly out to Kathmandu and take a hazardous bus ride into the foothills of the Himalayas. I walk for four days through blizzards and treacherous conditions until I reach a high ridge. Along there is a cave on an elevated plateau and inside there is an ancient wise old man. I see him give him instructions and he buys my shirts off the internet.
