Now you will have to explain that one to meI got the Adult Education timetable through from Northumberland Council last week so I rang to ask about joining a yoga class, they explained that they had a beginner, general fitness and an advanced class and asked what level I thought I'd be- I said I'd done quite a bit of yoga before so I was still pretty flexible. They asked if I could do Tuesdays.
