Must have updated it today. When I looked this morning they were showing the afternoon ride and one tomorrow morning. Thought there should be more but guessed they just hadn't updated the calendar yet :okay: Anyway, done 4 group rides so just need to do workouts #8, #9, #10 and possibly try the Innsbruck Tour and see if I can get that top
I’ve signed up for the Innsbruck tour as well. Tue & Thur 20.00hrs:wacko:

20:00 not a good time. I may be able to do the 18:00 for some stages. It's just the first one I may struggle to do the earlier time as I'm due in the office that day. May have to look at diary and see if I can WFH Tuesday

Went out far too hard - was trying to beat my best ever 20 Min power, which is a bit bonkers in an hour plus race. Unsurprisingly, I blew up and had to back right off. It ended up pretty much as a hard ride, I didn't feel I was racing. Still, another ZA event completed.

Ok, hope you don't mind a little bike-nerdy pollution of this thread. My plan was to do a final TT test today with the equipment I was going to use for the late summer Chrono Cup this year. Perfect conditions today with virtually no wind and 22 C... but I'm down with a cold:cry:.

The equipment includes:

Michelin power competition tires 25 mm rear + 23 mm front, MET Drone Widebody TT Helmet and an old HEAD Jet disc rear wheel (heavy), Castelli Body Paint 3 Speedsuit, Velotoze overshoes (short) and Grip Grap Aero TT gloves.

The tires an helmet are new to me, but I did the ultimate tire test in a crit with fast and tight corners last weekend. A few of us got dumped at a hill early in the race, so could just go round the corners with max speed. Every single time we rounded a corner, my fellow riders were 15 meters back, so after a few corners I just decided to continue TT style. The point here being that the Michelin's were at least as good as the Conti GP 4000 SII in cormers.

The MET helmet has a bit longer "tail" than the POC Cerebel that I've been using lately, so is not as forgiving. I did some video comparison yesterday and found that I need to keep my head straight at all times, while I can lower my head a bit sometimes with the POC without beeing penelised too much.

That is a real shame Lars, to really put you and your kit to a full bore test. Maybe next week if the weather holds?
First TT is Sept. 12. , a TT starting not far from the Viking ships in Roskilde. Course is just 200 meters short of a English 10-miler in beautiful surroundings.
Think I need to train my neck muscles with the MET helmet if were to be much longer, but given the relative short distance, I may not suffer too much without the preliminary test.
