#6 was as painful as I thought it would be. 4 x 4 minute intervals at over 100% of your FTP (mine is set at 243) so had to maintain 260, 270 then 280 watts (the last interval I had to drop down to 250 watts for the last minute). Then a free ride of 4 minutes where I averaged 273 watts. I had to then do the group ride as I got kicked off last night due to a power cut in the village and I wanted to finish the 4 group rides of the academy.
