I have no doubt Tacx will make a bomb out of this £2.5k trainer. I do hope they have got the gear shift perfect.
My 10 mins on that workout was a mere 263 watts I must try harder!Got ZA Workout #7 done yesterday. Easy until the 10 minute Free Ride - which of course is as hard as you make it. I was trying to beat my best 10 minute power of 280W. I got to 8:20 and was averaging 824 but then I bailed for 40 seconds (lightweight). I then pushed hard for the final minute and finished on 278W. Annoyed with myself for wimping out.
Still that is 7 workouts, 3 group rides and a race done so far.
I've hit 181 in a race, and most races I'm hitting 175+.My max HR is down to about 160 now

Electrical power cut in the village I live (actually all villages in 12 mile radius) - was enjoying that ride too. Power just come back on. Will have to do that ride again to make it countWhat happened after the 2nd sprint? You disappeared.
Plan was to strictly spin around sub-2 as my legs were heavy. But I couldn't help myself on the sprints. Plan is to nail my last group ride and ZA #4 over the holiday weekend.
