@Joffey sorry I did read your posts from a couple of pages back when you posted it but I didn’t respond at the time. Very best of luck with the fostering mate. I really mean that.
On a side note I just tried to write fostering and predictive text assumed I was attempting to spell ‘fisting’. I’m not sure what that says about my search history. But let’s not dwell on that eh!…
All the best amigo!
Yes I did. Ed seems to race almost every day.
He'll need to, racking up 20 hours of riding per week
Cheers! And congrats to @13 rider too! Well deserved rest day mateWell done
6 minutes off your PB on the heaviest TT frame? With no power-ups? After a week of racing every day? Flippin 'eck!Cheers Guys yes it's done stage 8 FRR at little time trail to hairpin 5 of the Alpe with a lead in ,1.23.03 6th/9 on zwift power .I am being to worry about myself as I enjoyed that !!!! . I could just ride at my tempo ignore everyone else ( nearly ) and ride my own race . As I'd got to hairpin 5 it would be rude to not ride to the top and was reward with a new PB of 1.10.38 nearly 6 mins quicker than the only time I've done it previously and with 7 days of hard racing in my legs I think my fitness has improved . I was rewarded at the top with a pair of gloves and a feather power up !!!! Both really useful not
Cheers Peter ,like I say only done the Alpe once before March this year 1 month into my zwifting so I wasn't surprised at the PB the scale of it possiblely . Like you rest day tomorrow,Wtrl smash fest Tuesday then hopefully back to outdoor riding which is mainly zone 2/3 stuff6 minutes off your PB on the heaviest TT frame? With no power-ups? After a week of racing every day? Flippin 'eck!
I personally noticed that these series really supercharges fitness gains - just make sure not to taper off too aggressively. I'm sure you already noticed that after the previous one
Good luck Friday joffey
Just don’t answer door in Lycra and sweating !
