Out of the three of us who have completed the first three stages of the Flamme Rouge Watopia Tour so far, here's the results:

@Peter Salt - 2 hrs 53 mins 1 sec - 75th out of 160 in GHT category
@13 rider - 3 hrs 29 mins 10 secs - 111th out of 195 in BON category
@steverob - 3 hrs 30 mins 3 secs - 68th out of 126 in CAY category

Unfortunately my run ends there as I'm not going to have a chance to do today's stage. Hoping to get Thursday's and Friday's done though.

The next 3 stages are really rather nice. A much needed break from all the hills.

Shame they didn't start with sprint stages and then moved onto the mountains. Legs are quite fatigued so I probably won't be able to hold on to the front, likely to get dropped on the punchy hills, but at least it'll be fast

The weekend looks like a climber's wet dream. And a bit of a nightmare for for anyone else

Depends on the weather. Really want to get my outdoor riding for the year started. And neither weekend stage exactly appeals to me (can't think why...)

Yes same here ,Outside being 1st choice so won't being doing both

That does sound more fun than the FRR. I'm personally looking forward to racing people up the radio tower at 5kph

Racing the tick tock circuit with a big group was not an enjoyable experience. No real let up

Stage 4 FRR done 1.06.40 24th on zp . Lost the front on the first climb 10secs down our groups were the same size but I rode on the front for 1.5km and I could hold the gap but not close it as no one helped ( you can't get good domestiques ) I slacken of and the group was gone . Steady pace until we got caught by some As and the pace upped to the last climb .For a change I decided to go for some sprints WTRL pratice ,I somehow managed a 3rd and 13th FTS not sure how many people went for it

Half the other riders don't realise they're your domestiques and most of the rest don't like it when you tell them.
