In regards to Bologna , I tried with tron then with tt bike and wheels
Think the power was the same within a couple of watts and the result was 1 second difference
If I was to do it again I would use tron or similar and see if I could draft someone part of the way and go for it on the hill
What you gain on the flat with tt is soon ate away when you point up

If I would choose I would probably take fastest TT-bike available. The reason is that if I remember right all pro riders use TT-bike few years ago in a Giro. Sure I can understand that Zwift is not irl-world, it's only a virtual/artificial world but that's how I would do, despite that climb would eat the gain what you had on a flat. At least I would try it.

My wife has Zwifted!! 🥳

Out of nowhere middle of this morning she came home from an appointment and announced she’d like to ride on Zwift, then asked if it would be possible.

I immediately made an excuse not to attend a meeting that was due to start in 15 minutes and got to work. Swapped the pedals on the bike, changed saddle height, got Zwift on her phone and an account setup. She said she wanted to watch TV whilst doing it so Apple TV and earphones all ready to go with Netflix.

She Zwifted!!!

Unfortunately (and unsurprisingly) she found her first experience of drop bars uncomfortable, especially on a men’s saddle and with no movement of the bike under her. I’ve started a thread in the beginners section asking for female specific comfort tips because she wants to have another go rather than giving up.

I am very excited 🤣

Awesome. Wendy has had quite a few goes on Zwift and usually enjoys it. She can sometimes quite get into the competitive side of things and start shoting at the other riders nearby

Be time for a ladies race team soon :okay:

I’m still working on getting Jo onto Zwift. Her only bike is a shitty 7spd Raleigh hybrid and tbh I’ve never tried getting the cassette off, but I doubt it would align well if I managed to get it mounted on my Neo. I’m also working on getting her to get a hardtail MTB through Cycle2Work scheme…
