iPad or Apple TV..... I can probably cast it from my Android phone to Smart TV - I'll check later.....
Sweet. I think I can cast from my iPhone to my Android TV, I did it by accident the other day! Cheap and chips innit for a years access?

I know you all like cake so here is my birthday cake from the weekend. I have put 3lbs on so far but I have nearly finished it. It's surprising how I am far more dedicated at completing the cake rather than completing Zwift...

It might not have been your internet - I found it glitchy too (particularly the audio), and now watching the recording its still the same so I think it was the Zwift feed for some reasonTrying to watch the premier division racing tomorrow’s TTT live on YouTube and my internet is letting me down. Very glitchy, and the Mrs is having trouble streaming too.
Hope I don’t have internet issues tomorrow night! 😬

Bit of a technical issue with Apple TV.
I have a HP Z display monitor that has three different inputs underneath for different cables, as far as I can tell there are:
VGA
Displayport
DVI
I've always used a HDMI - VGA cable from my laptop to monitor, which has worked fine but won't detect the apple TV.
Are any of the other connections likely to work, or will the apple TV insist on having HDMI at both ends?

+1“When passing SPRINT through
d. It is YOUR responsibility to keep up the pace that allowed you to catch. If your team do not have the energy, do not attempt the pass. Do Not attempt to pass on a downhill section of the course.”
To be honest I’m not sure about this statement. Yeah maintain the pace that allowed you to catch the other team. But sprint through? I think personally, and obv this is just my opinion, that the team being overtaken should yield and that’s it.
If the the approaching team is also expected to sprint. Not only are they being punished excessively in having to put in that extra effort. But also the team being overtaken can sit on them and then argue the toss about whether or not they were trying hard enough to overtake. Maybe I’m nit picking...
That’s good to know about the hrm. Takes the stress out if you get unlucky with a pairing fail.
<cough cough> CCCTeam </cough cough>Foot injected with lovely steroids (TUE pending). Few days of rest and hopefully back on the bike at the weekend after nearly 5 weeks since my last race
Re weight, asking for a friend.
Said friend's mates keep commenting that he looks like he's lost weight, asking if he's eating properly and is he looking after himself. My 'friend' believes he is. His belt is a notch smaller but the scales are showing the same weight. Should my 'friend' drop his weight anyway in Zwift as everyone says he's lost weight and assume that his scales are not working properly? How many kgs does "you look like you've lost weight" actually correspond to?
