It's a shame that i can't order anything anymore from UK. Actually i can but it's no sense. Last week i order sport drink from Wiggle, i also forgot brexit. Now i wait when the package arrives and how much i have to pay taxes.

Yes, I got the Strava challenge 25% discount code for Muc-Off. Wanted to use it to buy the pressure washer, but post-Brexit, I would save about €25. Potential warranty issues makes this a no go. I would rather buy local then.

I wonder if it would be cheaper for one of us to order something for you and send it to you as a ‘gift’. Or is it cheaper for you to order from Europe? I’ve ordered quite a bit of stuff from euro ships bike-24 and starbike in the past. They’re normally pretty competitive with price.
VAT taxes are 24% if the item cost more than 22€, so need to calculate carefully is worthy or not. Germany is always been second option of online purchases beside of UK. Some items in Finland are also competitive for prices these days. For example turbo trainers prices are competitive these days.

In Denmark you now have to pay 25% VAT on anything from UK costing above around €11.
If it costs above €160, you also have to pay import taxes.

A few years back I sent a used music Pono ( come on, no jokes, it’s the name of it) player to Lars and he had to pay some kind of import duties. It was a gift because after Neil Young shut down his service the player was useless to me but Lars is way into the Hifi stuff (hence his @LBHIFI name) and had a ton of high bitrate music.
Edit: the point I was trying to make is even a used gift from outside the EU to Denmark may require a tax.

Some years ago i order some cd music from CDNow online store because it felt so easy to do. First order went well, i didn't need to pay any import duties but second order didn't went well. I need to pay import duties almost same amount what those 4 cd:s cost. Thses days no need to concern about those things, thanks for the Spotify and other network audio streamers.

Looks like Irish Al is your connection.
That's assuming they will send the goods to Northern Ireland? 🧐
Many suppliers from UK are not shipping to northern Ireland for the moment because of extra paperwork. But if I can be off any help just ask 👍

Del, the info about the reaxal kit is on Tacx NEO FB group with a link to the how to video at Drew Tacx Faqx site. This is a C&P of a recent post and a link to the UK maker/supplier.
“ If you would like to have one right away, you first need to know your axle type and frame spacing, and whether you use any spacers with your non drive side insert on Neo. Tacx have wisely moved away from the mode of using spacers to account for differences in axle length because a modular solution is a weaker solution. More convenient, yes, but weaker. Therefore ReAxle is a single piece, so you need to be pretty exact about what you are ordering. We will cover all of this in the video, so if you are not sure, just hold out a bit longer.

Once you have all that information, simply send an email to etowartengineering@gmail.com (Euan Towart is the engineer who brought this product to life for us all) with the size that you need, your shipping address (to calculate shipping costs) and a phone number. Euan will then send you an invoice via PayPal. Once your payment is received, the product will be on its way to you very shortly thereafter.

All you need is a very manly torque wrench capable of at least 60Nm, and a 24mm six point socket, and you are set.”
