I like it. Often wondered why they aren't using the zwiftpower ranking. The open races are a very good idea to establish people's rankings when they first join.

I think it could definitely be trialled. I'm sure there would be problems with it, I can imagine people voluntarily coming last several times to downgrade their rankings (sometimes see fans cheering their teams to lose in NFL to get a better draft pick). If there was a way to screen out those outlier performances (should be doable)

I might sound cynical.... but with zwift I’ve developed a believe it when I see it attitude towards them.

I think that's fair, they've definetly shown apathy to improving the zwift racing scene for a long time

I can’t say I’m looking forward to this one from a cycling point of view as the legs haven’t been the same since crawling around the attic at the weekend fitting insulation. Hoping the rest go easy on me!
