How long you had them mate. Getting mixed reviews from Hunt wheels.

About 6 months. I Also have some Hunt 4 seasons , the 8th set they sold and bar a snapped spoke in the Pyrenees they have been great. These wheels are Just deep enough for aero without acting like sails I have recently beaten pb’s on long straight stretches of road which suggests they might be helping. Wide internal of 21 mm gives an aero sweetspot with 28 mm tyres but I stuck the 30’s on for Flanders at 60 psi and have left them on and as I say with no apparent detriment to speed. I run tubeless and tyres can be put on without levers.
I got caught out in the wind yesterday and they were great. It was me rather than the bike/wheels that was blown around. Much better than my generic 50mm even with their up to date rims. Oh, and when I look down at the nitride spokes catching sunlight and sparkling in rainbow colours I smile 😀

@Brendan Parker ..... Another fan of Hunt wheels here, I had a set of 4seasons supplied with my Mason Definition when I bought it new apx. 3 1/2 years ago & they've been great, still running true today and no problems with them, run Conti 28's and they'll handle most terrains.

If you want to try it out there's a few options.

I can ask for you at WTRL. Most people on here ride for ZSunR. And Brendan rides for Bolt Racing Team.

Or go to the WTRL TTT Facebook page and say you're interested in trying out, your current Zwift category and you'll get offers of a place from different teams.

I'm happy to ask for you in WTRL if you want, but you have a number of options
I don’t have FB @Del C so will have a think and maybe take a look on ZP as to the details etc.

Is it every Thursday? What time?

Sorry for all the questions but want to understand it before I commit as don’t want to let anyone down

It’s every Thursday.

Times slightly vary, as the TTT runs in Time Zones around the world.

My team rides in Zone 2, which is 18.00 UK time. I think all the UK/EU teams ride between 18.00 and 19.00.

The Facebook thing came up earlier this week with @BurningLegs. A lot of the teams use dedicated Facebook pages and Messenger to communicate before and after races, and they use Discord during races.

It shouldn’t really be a problem. As @<Tommy> said, you could set up an account and just use it purely for cycling stuff, as he does. There’s no need for you to accept friend requests from people outside that world, or get into the whole social media thing. It’s just an alternative to a forum if you restrict its usage

Zwiftpower won’t really give you the information you need. It’s part of the results process, but the final results end up on the WTRL website, where there’s information on how the TTT works

The missus has a Facebook account and about a gazillion friends (rough estimate...). I often get friend requests from people who’ve managed to track me down. But the fact I’m not even friends with the missus on Facebook means I don’t feel any obligation to tell people I’m not accepting friend requests. This thing has started happening where people message me to ask me to join a TTT team or race a specific race. I guess it comes as part of being in a cyber cycling club. I do feel slightly obligated. This time of year saying no isn’t very hard, but I think in the autumn I’ll make more of an effort to join the race series zsun are focussed on.

The thing about hunt wheels. You can get the same rim built on the same hub for a bit less money if you want to do the leg work yourself. That’s no criticism of the wheels themselves (I’ve never ridden them so I’m obviously not qualified to comment). But they are over priced in the sense you can get the same product for less money.
